Mrs. Propp
Mrs. Propp grew up in Minnesota, and lived there until she graduated from the College of St. Benedict with a liberal arts degree in Elementary Education and a concentration in middle school math. She started her teaching career nine years ago in Colorado. She met her husband in Colorado Springs, and together they earned a Master's degree in middle school math. In the summer of 2009 they moved to Casper to be near his family. She began teaching sixth grade Southridge Elementary School at that time then moving to fifth when the sixth grade phased out.
She has two dogs, Chai and Macy. She loves to go camping and hiking with her family and also loves to cook, read, and make homemade gifts for the people in her life.

Mrs. Fitton
Michelle Fitton is excited to start her sixth year of teaching in her second year at Southridge Elementary. She is orginally from St. Louis, Missouri and began her journey in teaching by being accepted as a member of Teach for America after graduating from the University of Missouri. She taught 5th grade for four years in inner-city Phoenix, while also earning her Master's degree in Elementary Education from Arizona State University. She made a career- and life-changing decision to move across the country to New York City in 2011 to attend baking and pastry school at the Institute of Culinary Education. In addition to learning how to make delicious delicacies, she also met her husband, Gabe. After being married in 2012, she and her husband moved to Casper for his residency in family medicine.
Michelle enjoys making memories and traveling with her husband and wonderful friends, enjoying her two dogs, Charlie and Avery, playing board games competitively, dancing like nobody's watching, singing silly songs, and baking up a storm in her kitchen!
